There is no free postage. So if for some reason the checkout is not charging you postage then you must email us.
We will not post your order if no postage has been paid.
Please ensure that your email address and phone details are correct. If there is a problem with your order we will email you. If we cannot get in touch with you and there is a problem then the problem cannot be solved..
- All orders are posted either the day they are received or the next business day.
- All parcels are posted using Australia Post.
- The estimated time of delivery given at the checkout is an estimate only. This is not a guarantee on shipping times.
- Faulty items will be replaced when they are returned. They will be replaced with exactly the same item, just not a faulty one of course. Replacements will not be sent until the faulty item is recieved. If you have your package sent registered mail this also include insurance. If you need to claim for insurance due to damage done in the post, it is done by you. You need to take the package into the post office when you recieve it, if you need any extra paper work from us please email us.
- Postage costs are calculated at the checkout and are based on weight. They are generally quite accurate, although if there are any major differences in what you pay and the actual cost to post you will be contacted. When you place your order and pay you are agreeing to the postage costs. The handling fee is charged to cover the cost of the packaging.
Regular Post
Choosing this option your parcel will be sent through the mail in the regular, normal way.
Your package will not be insured or registered.
If your parcel gets lost in transit then we take no responsibility as you have the option of having it registered.
Flat Rate - No Cases
This postage option is only avaliable on orders which contain CDs, Patches, Pins and stickers ONLY.
This is explained in the checkout as well. As there is no way of the checkout distinguishing between CDs and other items it will always appear as an option. If your order contains anything other than CDs, Patches or stickers it will not be posted until the correct amount of postage is paid.
You may choose this rate if you are only ordering 1 cd All orders with only 1 cd will always be posted with the case.

Registered Post
Your order will be sent registered which will mean it will not be left on your doorstep if you are not home.
You will need to sign for your parcel.
Your parcel will be insured, so if there is any damage, or the parcel doesn't arrive you will be reimbursed by Australia post.
This is the most secure way to get your order posted.
Due to the way the postage calculates if you are only ordering one cd and want it registered then you will be charged a ridiculous price, please contact us before you pay so it can be fixed up.
Request Shipping Quote (international only)
Cheapest Option is to have your order sent without cases and save in postage. Please choose the Request Shipping Quote option in the checkout at both the payment and the shipping page. We will get back to you with a final price and payment details within 24 hours. If no payment or contact with us is made in 2 weeks the order will be cancelled. Please ensure you choose 'Request Postal Quote' on the payment page as well. Do not continue with Pay Pal or credit card payment for this option until you are given a final price.
AusPOST International - AIR
Choosing this option your parcel will be sent by air mail using Australia Post.
Your package will not be insured or registered.
If your parcel gets lost in transit then we take no responsibility as you have the option of having it registered.
AusPOST International - AIR (Insured)
Your order will be sent registered which will mean it will not be left on your doorstep if you are not home.
You will need to sign for your parcel.
