I'm not doing this to make a heap of cash or become a millionaire, I just like to offer people the opportunity to buy music at a reasonable price without the huge mark-ups most stores put on things.I will try with Pugmusic to keep our prices as low as possible and I have a 'no CD over $20 AUD' policy. I am not a label either so I don't do "trades" so please don't ask

All items in the catalogue are brand new, I do not sell used or second hand goods.. They all come straight from labels/distros or direct from bands, therefore we do not have control over the recording quality of music, nor the print or fabric quality of other merch. I try and put as much info about the items in the listing If you are unhappy about the quality of any merch let me know so we can pass the info onto the respective band/label/distro.

If an item is faulty it will be replaced when it is returned. It will be replaced with exactly the same item, just not a faulty one of course. Replacements will not be sent until the faulty item is received. If you have your package sent registered mail this also include insurance. If you need to claim for insurance due to damage done in the post, it is done by you. You need to take the package into the post office when you receive it, if you need any extra paper work from me please email me
